  • The word diet does not mean "you're on a diet." It simply means the food you eat. It is easy to confuse "going on a diet" and "your diet," so try and be conscious of those associations.
  • Learning how to read a nutrition label is essential to choosing the right foods when walking up and down the grocery store isles.
  • Fitness can be as simple or as complicated as you want, but as long as your moving, you're in going in the right direction.
